Swamp Gator ULM is a demolition contractor working across North Florida, and the job is usually the same story: something is sitting on your land that you need gone before anything else can happen. A burned-out singlewide. A barn the last hurricane finished off. A slab where the shop used to be. A house that costs more to fix than to replace.
Steve McMichael has been taking those down since 2017, out of Sanderson in Baker County. He drives out, walks the property with you, and tells you straight what it takes to get the structure down, the debris off your land, and the ground back to something you can use. Then he writes it down. That written number is what you pay unless you change what you asked for.

Old shops, outbuildings, storage structures, and small commercial buildings taken down and hauled off. Steve looks at access, the neighbors, and what has to stay standing before he quotes it. If a structure is bigger than a one-operator job, he tells you that instead of taking the deposit.
Full house demolition for structures past saving or headed for redevelopment. Steve works around what you want to keep: the mature oaks, the septic field, the well, the driveway. The lot gets left graded enough that your builder can set up instead of paying someone to fix the mess first.

A demolition contractor takes a standing structure apart, gets the material off your property, and leaves the ground in a condition you can use. That is the whole job. The teardown itself is the fast part. The work that decides whether it goes well is everything around it: figuring out what utilities run to the structure and getting them killed first, knowing which permits your county wants, protecting the septic tank and the well and the trees you are keeping, and having somewhere to put the debris.
North Florida makes some of that specific. A lot of these properties are rural and older. The structure sits close to an oak you have no intention of losing, or the only way in is a soft sand two-track that a loaded truck will rut up. Steve tells you what he is not doing. Swamp Gator tears structures down, hauls the debris off, and grades what is left. It does not deliver fill dirt, topsoil, or gravel. If your spot needs material brought in after the slab is out, Steve will say so during the estimate and tell you roughly how much you need, rather than quoting a job he cannot finish the way you are picturing it.
