Swamp Gator ULM started in 2017 out of Sanderson, Florida; right here in Baker County, surrounded by the kind of overgrown, hard-to-reach land that most contractors drive past. We saw an opportunity that nobody else was jumping on: property owners across Northeast Florida sitting on acres of potential with no realistic way to unlock it. Inherited lots choked with brush. Homesteads swallowed by decades of unchecked growth. Building sites that couldn't break ground until someone showed up with the right equipment and the willingness to get after it.
